Structure of the VPA

Article III of the VPA Constitution:            

Section 3.1      Officers.  The officers of the District Branch shall be a president, a president-elect (vice president), a secretary and a treasurer.

Section 3.2      Executive Committee.  The four officers, the three immediate past presidents, the elected Representative and Deputy Representative to the APA Assembly, and the chairpersons of constitutional committees and other organizational components shall constitute the Executive Committee.

Section 3.3      Constitutional Committees.  There shall be the following              constitutional committees: executive, membership, nominating, and ethics, with composition and function designated in the Bylaws.

Section 3.4:       Other organizational components of the District Branch may be established as determined by the Executive Committee.
