Epocrates:
Medicare Part D formularies are now available online through Epocrates,
including drugs, alternatives in each class, plan coverage information such
as tier 1, tier 2, prior authorization, quantity limits, adult dosing,
pediatric dosing, contraindications, cautions, interactions, and adverse
reactions.
The
formularies are also available for downloading to personal digital
assistants (PDAs) that have sufficient memory.
